Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Morrow & Dean is looking for a part time Retail Sales Associate.  We want someone who loves helping customers find the perfect piece and feel good about themselves!  If you like working in a supportive environment and can provide excellent customer services, we would love to meet you! 

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer when they walk through the door and provide them with excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
• Ring up and gift wrap any sales
• Answer the phone and respond to customer inquiries
• Restock the merchandise floor when necessary & ensure it's always tidy
• Help customers get situated in the fitting room and help them with size runs if necessary
• Check for online orders. Package and prepare for shipping
• Assist with social media efforts, merchandising, & event planning
• Other operational tasks such as markdowns, processing new inventory, steaming, creating & printing tags, etc. 
• Stays current with promotional events, sales, and product knowledge
• Maintain a professional appearance
• This position involves constant moving and the possibility of standing for at least two consecutive hours. 
• Available to work at least 10 hours per week, which may include some evenings and weekends (we are very flexible on the hours)! 

Qualifications:

• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred
• High school diploma/GED required
• High-energy, friendly personality
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal language)
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
